This program will be tailored to your specific health and wellness needs. We work on your goals, on what’s important to you to successfully transform your body, mind, and soul. In between sessions we will connect by email to make sure you get the support your need (6 emails).

6-Month Comprehensive Coaching Program

12 one hour sessions | $ 1,620

This program is the most comprehensive one. Following a new healthy lifestyle for six months will empower you so much that you don’t want to go back to your old habits any more. You will thrive and be able to make your wellbeing a habit. In addition to the twelve sessions you get twelve follow-ups by email throughout the program. The sessions with be accompanied by in between email support (12 emails).
